If you think you are coming, please let us know before the deadline for the Booking Form, which is the end of September, by clicking contact details and sending us an e-mail, with projected numbers and approximate numbers per activity. It is important that we scale the event for the numbers attending!

All activities will be booked for specific time periods, weekend campers will do this on then Friday night. If you're only coming for the day it is very important you book the activities in advance. It will be first come first served if not pre-booked!

Can you help?

Leaders, can you help the team putting on the event? If you know a bit about computers, know how to solder components onto PC boards or even have an amateur radio licence, then your skills would be welcomed by the team!
