The charge for the camp covers all activities, camp fees, any activity badges gained,
a participation badge and a construction project. It does not include your food,
it is a self catering weekend, you must provide your own food, cooking facilities and of course, your tentage.
We suggest that lunch is quick and easy to prepare; soup & sandwiches for example.
All activities are indoors, we have full use of the Barn complex, the Lynmouth and the Storm hut.

*Note: If the number of leaders (per group) is over a ratio of 3 scouts : 1 leader,
the leaders are required to pay £20.00, unless they are helping run the camp activities.
This will come into effect above 2 leaders, e.g. if a group has 10 scouts and 5 leaders (none helping with activities),
3 of the leaders will be required the pay the full £20.00
We are offering instruction and examination for the following badges:
Scout Communicator activity badge, there is some for this badge
which needs to be downloaded from our website. during registration, if they have not done it they can't do the badge.
It is anticipated that people taking the Radio communicator will only have time to do that badge.
Scout Photographer activity badge, there is some for this badge
which needs to be downloaded from our website. .
Scout Electronics activity badge, scouts need to
pre-register via the website for this badge, this requires .
The registration to be completed by the end of September.
To ensure all groups get the chance to do the Communicator & Electronic badges, each group will initially
be restricted to 6 participants, if there still is availability after that, others will be able to do it.
Information Technology staged activity badges. We will teach Information Technology
Stages 1 & 2 and examine for all other stages,

Except for the Communicator , IT Stages 3 - 5 and Electronics badges, the actual bookings and time scheduling will take place on Friday night after the camp briefing.
