Booking Places on Camp

If you think you are coming, please let us know before the deadline, which is the end of September, by clicking contact details and sending us an e-mail (or filling out and mailing back the Booking Form), with projected numbers and approximate numbers per activity. It is important that we scale the event for the numbers attending!

This year's camp will be limited to 200 Scouts and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

All activities will be booked for specific time periods, weekend campers will do this on then Friday night. If you're only coming for the day it is very important you book the activities in advance. It will be first come first served if not pre-booked!

This year, there will be a camp badge that can be worn on uniforms on the left sleave with activity badges.

On receipt of you group's booking for and payment, you will be sent a guide booklet for all those attending.

Please ensure all Scouts have been given their booklet well before the event (they should bring it to camp with them). A limited number of spare copies will be available on the Friday night should any Scout forget to bring their own.

Can you help?

Leaders, can you help the team putting on the event? If you know a bit about computers, know how to solder components onto PC boards or even have an amateur radio licence, then your skills would be welcomed by the team! (Everyone else welcome to help out and learn on the job!)
